it's my first time to make a passport appointment via online, so yun na nga...pagdating sa payment di ko alam na magbbyad pla within 48hrs. nag.exit aq kasi plano ko maya nlng ako pa.appointment pag may pera na ako. when i tried to make an appointment again,hndi na daw pwede kasi may appointment na daw aq...dapat daw may verification code pra icancel yung dating appointment. when i check my email...wlang ngsend ng appointment code tpos nakita q DFA customer service number nila (02) 2343488.

Nung tinawagan ko, sbi nya dapat daw di ko inexit sa payment..dapat ngproceed lng ako pra isend nila yung ref. no. pra sa payment! sabi nya i have to make another appointment but this time imbis na full middle name ilagay q,,middle initial nlng pra di daw madetect ng system nila na nkpag.appointment kna dati. And she advice me to use laptop or PC while filing an appointment kasi may possibility daw na mag go back to main menu pag cellphone lang ang gamit.

So ayun na nga, ng.gawa ulit aq ng bagong appointment..sinunod q lng yung sinabi nya tpos pati middle name ng parents q, ginawa q nlng din middle initials...pati email add iniba q na din! after that ngproceed na aq sa payment mode,, they send me an email with ref. no. pra magbyad sa USSC Remittance Western Union, 7eleven, ECpay and etc. once na nkapag.pay na kayo,saka lang nila isend yung appointment code.

ngbyad agad aq knina sa 7eleven and right away they send me an email with appointment code.

saka lang po kau mbigyan ng appointment code pag tpos na po kayong mgbyad.

DON'T MAKE A PASSPORT APPOINTMENT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY RIGHT AWAY!!
