So, I booked an appointment online and this system is a complete disaster! The following scenarios are listed below:

1. At first, I've checked that some dates are available. So, I hurriedly clicked the date and went through the information detail section. I realized that you should type the personal details faster otherwise people will steal your slot although you've selected the date first.

2. After filling out and reviewing all the personal details, you'll receive a confirmation email. But why the payment time is only within 24 hrs? It's not our fault if your payment centers have no connection, right? Why don't you give us time to pay? Why can't you extend it even just for 24 - 48 hrs?

3. You should send us an email reminding us about the payment or giving us an extension so the time we spent making the appointment won't go to waste.
