Same issue I encountered.
I'm already in a payment mode, but after i click the "proceed" this message showed up "Invalid transaction request" "sorry, but the reference number you supplied was invalid and need to be fixed before you continue. kindly contact our help desk support for further assistance." after i received that, i guest there is an invalid information so i tried to make an appointment again, but i can't make it, because the system said i have an appointment already, so i tried to cancel my previous appointment, so i go to the view appointment, but they need an appointment code.
i don't know my appointment code, can you please send me my appointment code, i want to change my schedule. Please send in my email address email@example.com
i will wait my appointment code.
