Dfa Passport Appointment System - Do not received appointment code
Just schedule an appointment yesterday and after that they just give me the e-receipt, saying that this is not you e-receipt. It includes the status, expiration, amount, convenience fee and the total amount due.
then i went to any payment center like 7-eleven saying that the reference number is needed. But I thought at first that I will received appointment code if once I paid first the appointment. So, I patiently waiting for 24 hrs.
yet didn't receive any in my gmail.
Please fix it, and send it to my gmail @pkatrhea@***.com Expecting changes is nice but the outcome should be clearly furnish. Dear Maám and Sir, Please fix the system para sa ika-aayos ng transactions and less hassle for those applicants.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
