After verifying myself, ticking on the check box to confirm my appointment and clicking confirm button, there was a not saying that appointment already exist. I don't know how is that possible where in fact, it was my first time applying for an online appointment.

Then, there's no email for the payment instruction to confirm my appointment.

Please, do send again the payment instructions. Thank you.
