After I finished filling up all the details needed, and confirmed everything, I haven't received any code. I remember the date it was May 4, 2018 but I forgot the time.
I don't even know if it is confirmed already or not. I tried to verify it but it keeps on asking the appointment code.
To whom it may concern, please send the code once again to my email: email@example.com And I suggest that you update your system, make it easier for the user especially to those who are not very good in computer. I think it's better to have an alternative way to check the appointment once the code wasn't received.
